The strategy investigates the most effective way to introduce themselves to the public, providing the effective communication of project quality.

Description of the system

The main objective is to communicate the quality of the product.

 

Premise

For a person who enters a store two things are essential: where to find what he needs and how much it will cost.

Although he is potentially interested in the characteristics of the product, it is unlikely that he is going to put in mental and physical effort to evaluate it. He already has the mental image of what he is interested in, hence time is of the essence. 

Our quality must be properly communicated. The most effective way to communicate it is to get the user interested in us, making him curious to understand and discover our apparently hidden quality.

 

 

How to communicate

The first thing is to get the customers attention. Most stores usually offer a more or less extensive choice of products.  We are good and have noble intent , but if no one notices us, no one will support our cause.

In the portfolio of the available products, the product witch has the strongest visual impact and greater appeal, what people will look at, are the coco-fibre pots. They are eye-catching, stand out among others, they are beautiful and irresistible to touch.

It is crucial to use the precious attention span of the users to suggest the quality of our product.

 

The proposal

I propose to show our coco-fibre pots with the amount of soil granulate necessary for proper planting.

In that situation, we will awaken the users curiosity for the second time as the pots will be filled very little (our material expands when water is poured). The user will see the incongruity with what he expected and will try to understand it. 

That is when he will be introduced to the magic of our material.

Near the pre-filled coco-fibre pots we will put out packs of the material. Their packaging will show the outstanding environmental qualities and characteristics of the material.

 

In the end, we will have effectively communicated that:

We save space = we save weight

We are interesting

We are environment friendly

We are beautiful

We are magical

 

What comes later

The user can decide to trust us and will probably decide to try the combination of coco-fibre pot + soil granulate. Ultimately, it is the first thing that got his attention to begin with. Maybe we can offer to include seeds for those who do not know what to plant – another way to spark curiosity – but intrigued by the product

After trying the product with the magical soil growing effect, the customer will have his expectations met. Satisfied, he will think of buying other pots or use our granular soil to fill those huge pots that his sister gave him for Christmas.
