Unique eco-furniture quicker and cheaper.

The materialization of design ideas to furniture happens necessarily true especialized labor of a woodman of a wood professional.
In most cases there is a gap between tha idea and the results because of both resistences of professionals to manufacture as well as capability to execute them.
Thinking about all this I have created a special use fo the 3D printer aimed at the development of sprecial pieces both large and middle sized.
That may add technology recicling materials and inovated concepts.
In concept we wold use what we call wood work substract (wood pounder, wood parts and wood remains) and gluing then true the cajun tree gum as a resine for raw material to feed the printer.
This way creating a perfect usability of raw material remais that will allow the creation of unique products at lower costs and faster.
A key piece in the productions is manufacturing of a 3D printer to deal with middle size pieces aimed at bulding furniture such as tables and chairs.

Hi, cool idea, could an element of Biomimicry be added? for instance could the furniture be formed according to how plants grow or bones grow, for extra strength and material saving? please consider this..... thank you
