Incentives, Tools and Platforms towards replacement of old wood-based biomass heating installations

What to do since now is : 1) following what operated by Lombardy Region, to block the oldest and most polluting plants, while encouraging renewal; 2) no longer allowing the sale of less efficient and more polluting appliances 3) to support the sales phase with correct information about sizing, installation, proper use, emissions. Consequently, the instruments do adopt are: 1) Legislative instruments, at different levels: municipalities, regions, nation. 2) Information campaigns, provided by Public Administration and by the producers, at different levels, biased on energy and environmental issues of wood biomass burning.
