Challenge terms and rules:
Acceptance:
The acceptance of the following conditions is prerequisite to participate in this Challenge by the Solver; the Solver participation understands that s/he accepted all the following terms, as well as the platform terms and conditions.
Award:
An award will be given to the Solver that has her/his proposal selected.
The award payment will be done by Innonatives, directly to the Solver, in the terms and conditions established by Innonatives.
Establish how the proposal author will mentioned – indicate when and how to mention:
When: always the proposal result is published, intern- and externally, by the Challenge Owner: marketing material, communication, institutional, etc, in any media;
How: Author’s full name and nationality, followed by the indication: “author of the solution initial concept”.

What we expect/criteria: We seek inspiring ideas that shows how the business concept will conserve the Brazilian biodiversity., Description of the conservation in socio-economic impact;, Description of the leverage and scalability potential; Innovation and originality aspects.
Phase: Solution:
Deadline: 25/Dec/2016
What we expect/criteria: A preliminar business plan for potencial implemetation after the challenge has finished, Idea/concept maturing; Work plan and timeline for implemetation; Costs forecast; Financial return anticipation; Potencial associated risks.
Phase: Results
Deadline: 25/Jan/2017
What we expect/criteria: Dissemination of results
Intellectual property
This challenge is bonded to the license modality of “Creative common public license”, reason for what, after the award payment, the Challenge Owner will have guaranteed the free right of use, distribution, transmission, sharing, copy, license, adaptation and posterior development of the solution solely through mentioning the author, as described in item 3.
