Several Ideas have been identified: 1) Awareness campaign incl. classical communication instruments 2) Individual consulting offers by shimney sweepers 3) Individual consulting via a chatbot and an app 4) Local community information (evening sessions) activities by the local administrations 5) “chimney evenings” in private households (like Tupperware parties)
